ABOUT SOPHIE
Following a career in law, Sophie co-founded Bird on a Wire and began a commercial love affair with all things hospitality. She is co-owner of Fatima’s Restaurants and The Village, runs Delicious Business — a hospitality consultancy — and serves on several boards.
A long-standing member of our community and former Chair of the Co.OfWomen Board, Sophie holds a special place in our collective story.Â
